RailTel IPO allotment ka status

Government RailTel corporation ka IPO launch krne ka decesion liya. Government ne RailTel corporation mein IPO ke jariye government ki 25% hissedari bechne ka decesion liya iske bad RailTel corporation ke Initial public offer (IPO) ko invester se kafi accha response mila. RailTel corporation ko 42.39 bar subscribed kiya gaya. NSE ke pass jo data hai uske anusar 819.24 carore rupay offer par 2,11,42,43,370 shares ke liye 6,11,95,923 shares offer hue.

Iske bad IPO ka kuch hissa retail investors ke reserve rakha gaya jisko 16.78 bar subscribed kiya gaya iske alawa qualified buyers the unhone 65.29 bar subscribed kiya. Public offering share mein 8,71,53,368 equity shares rakhe gaye jinki price 93-94 rupees per share thi.

Allotment ke basis pe RailTel ka IPO 23 February ko announced (ghoshit) kiya jayega. Jo allotment process hai wo lottery system ke madhyam se hogi. RailTel IPO ke registrar 24 February ko refund(dhanwapsi) process shuru karenge.

RailTel ke shares ko 24 February ko demat account mein jama kiya jayega aur 26 February ko RailTel ke shares ko NSE and BSE mein listing kiya jayega.

RailTel corporation ek “Mini Ratan (category-1)” PSU hai. RailTel desh ki sabse bade neutral telecom (doorsanchar) infrastructure provider mein se ek hai.
